Materials must be used on a structure which conforms to local building codes and must be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to any subsequent owners. Casa di Sassi by Premier Mountain Stone, Inc. is not responsible for labor costs incurred in removal and replacement of defective products.

Quick Points & Recommendations
Casa di Sassi by Premier Mountain Stone does not recommend the “dry stack” method for any exterior application. We highly encourage grouting on all exterior projects.
Veneer stone may show some signs of slight scuffing similar to natural stone, but should be minimized with proper handling techniques.
In cold weather climates, stone may show signs of efflorescence. (Visit the cleaning instructions on our website)
Our stone products, except for the hearthstones, are not projected to withstand foot traffic. We also highly discourage the use of salt and other deicing compounds on any stone veneer product.
Casa di Sassi by Premier Mountain Stone products reflects variations in color just as is seen in natural stone. Our stone products are formulated and consistent. The colors in this catalog are as accurate as possible and may be subject to photographic lighting and printing techniques which may alter final “perception of color”.
